Meditation for All
Kagyu Samye Dzong Aberdeen provides a suitable and supportive environment for anyone wishing to learn about meditation and mindfulness.
We offer practical meditation instruction each evening, and the main emphasis is to apply the techniques and experience the results during the two meditation sessions. The aim is to apply these techniques in your daily routine, leading to a happier, more productive and fulfilling life.
The meditation sessions are supported by short teaching sessions which are organised into short courses - usually four weeks. The topics covered provide the necessary tools and understanding to build and develop your mindfulness skills wherever you are, whatever you’re doing.
During his visits to KSD Aberdeen Venerable Karma Jiga will be available to answer questions and, on request, to give private interviews for those who would like personal guidance.
There’s a relaxed and friendly feel to the sessions, including the opportunity to get to know everyone over a cup of tea…….usually accompanied by a slice of Kirsty’s homemade cake!
Everyone welcome!
