Introducing Yoga

Want to learn how you can develop your strength and flexibility, improve your fitness and breathing, and your ability to relax?  If the answer is yes, then introducing yoga into your life may be what you've been looking for. 


Yoga can change the way you deal with the stresses and strains of everyday living, and a new class has now been started by Christine Gilmour who is in training with the British Wheel of Yoga, recognised by the Sports Council as the governing body for yoga in Great Britain.

The class is held on a Wednesday evening at the Unitarian Church on Skene Terrace, and is suitable for both beginners and those with some experience.  All are welcome.
